![]() Honestly the biggest pile of dog fecal matter I’ve ever used on my iPhone. Paid for lifetime membership and they still shove a paywall in your face with their latest update! I am happy to amend the review if they address this issue but not until they do so. I had not wanted to post a negative review with the hope they would resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, but I guess that’s not going to happen. I use the VPN when I am logging into secure accounts remotely, so it’s not like I am heavily accessing resources. It’s very disappointing since until now, the service has been very solid for me. It has been months and still no signs of resolution. I have requested some assistance on the matter at least twice and gotten the same response, that they are working on it. I might be temporarily disconnected, switch from Wi-Fi to cellphone or vice versa, or anything else that disconnects me from my VPN connection. Recently, the app has changed and is now asking me to log in every single time I use the app to connect. Fast connection, decent app, a lot of options on where to connect from, etc. I have been using Ivacy for a few years now and had been very happy with the service. The current subscription cannot be canceled. ![]()
